Using his years of experience and education in food safety and quality, Dan has assisted numerous clients with the training of their employees on food safety and quality programs. He has trained employees on maintaining an effective food safety culture, risk assessment and mitigation, food safety, quality and GFSI requirements.
Dan conducts training in an interactive environment and brings real life case studies to his training program. He is available for in-house or off-site training.
What I Do
After spending years in the food industry implementing food safety and quality programs for various prominent food companies, I realized that a food safety culture is paramount for those programs to be effective. It is now a passion of mine to assist companies to implement and maintain a robust food safety culture in their organizations to enable effective protection of their consumers and brands.
